Monitor design – Square Model
The S1703-A is the successor to the S1703. With this stable supply of 17-inch (1280 x 1024 resolution) square model monitors it can be adopted with confidence with legacy equipment and systems.
Ergonomics and Stable
Adjust the screen to the most comfortable position with height adjustment, 30° tilt, 70° swivel, and 90° rotation for portrait mode.
Connectivity
With both DVI-D and D-Sub mini 15-pin inputs, you can use a computer that has either a digital or an analog graphics board (or both if connected to two computers), and quickly switch between the inputs via a front panel button.
Paper Mode - Reduce Blue Light by 80%
EIZO's Paper Mode lowers blue light, which causes eye tiredness, and aids in the prevention of eyestrain when reading documents. Blue light can be decreased by up to 80% when used with the Auto EcoView dimming function.
Auto Brightness Control
To prevent eye fatigue, a brightness sensor called Auto Eco View detects the changes in the ambient brightness that occurs throughout the day and automatically adjusts the screen to the ideal brightness level.
5-Year Warranty
FlexScan monitors are backed by a 5-year warranty that covers all components, including the LCD panel. This is two years longer than the standard warranty of most conventional monitors, contributing to significantly lower product life cycle costs.
